SNARL is comprised of many individuals with diverse backgrounds and invaluable experience. Our team is connected by the same passion and dedication to protect the often-maligned and mislabeled abandoned pets that find their way into our care. Our mission would not be possible without the tiredless efforts of our leaders, our administrative team, our networking team, our volunteers, our fosters, and our partners.
Founder and President
As Founder and President, Chelsea leads the strategic direction of SNARL. Her vision, kindness, and ability to mobilize people for a great cause has allowed SNARL to grow into what it is today.
Kaylea Campbell (Huskey)
Kaylea oversees most of the canine SNARL branches including but not limited to, adoption programs, foster programs, assisted re-homing programs and medical management for our pet's in need. She maintains a focus on culture of integrity and transparency at SNARL in order to ensure that the rescue can sustain its life-saving efforts for years to come.

These wonderful ladies manage all of SNARL's social media marketing and administrative operations, including, but not limited to, public relations/communications, animal record management, system updating, and digital marketing efforts through our multi-channel social media presence.

Grant and Fundraising Director
Fund Management Director
The Grant and Fundraising director will be the driving voice of the rescue by guiding fundraising efforts all year long. This will include continually seeking new partnership and fundraising opportunities in order to increase our ability to grow our mission each and every year. We are currently in search of the perfect person to take on and master this role.
The Event director will be responsible for organizing and hosting weekly adoption events along with unique one-off fundraising events.
