Important Update on Our 501(c)(3) Non-Exempt Tax Status

Recently, we discovered that our 501(c)(3) status has been temporarily suspended due to an oversight in filing the correct 990 form for three consecutive years. We understand the importance of this status, not just for our operations but also for the trust you've placed in us.
We're taking immediate and proactive measures to rectify this situation. We're pleased to inform you that we have partnered with a highly skilled CPA who is dedicated to ensuring our paperwork is in perfect order. With their assistance, we are currently in the process of having our our 501(c)(3) status reinstated.
The silver lining in all of this is that upon reinstatement, our 501(c)(3) status will be retroactive to the original date of our organization’s inception in 2017. This means all donations made between the original instatement date and the date of reinstatement will still be considered tax-exempt. Rest assured, there will be no disruptions or inconveniences to you, our valued supporters.
